We are very proud of our beautiful terrace and the busy team of resident gardeners who keep it looking wonderful all year round. Special care is taken when tending to the shrubs, flowers, raised beds, bird feeders, chimes and herb planters. They are focal points of our home life with grandstand views of the local rugby club also thrown in! At Grove Park Care home, our team of activity co-ordinators make sure there is something for everyone to be involved with, even if their fingers are not particularly green. For instance:

At our Leeds care home, we believe everyone can benefit from being active and mentally stimulated, so there is something going on every day, with a choice of activities on each floor. We make use of reminiscence and sensory-based activities for residents in our Memory Care Suite; visits from local schools, musical entertainers and speakers who talk on a wide range of subjects keep everyone happy. We do our best to support any particular interests’ residents have, and we make best use of our minibus which gets us out and about to local places of interest.
This is just one of the tricks our creative award-winning culinary team does to keep food interesting for residents. Check out the Facebook pages, if you want proof! The artistic coffee creations of our barista must also be seen to be believed! These are just a couple of examples of the imagination and care that is put into the fine food that is served daily at Grove Park Care home in Leeds– a match for any high-quality restaurant. The produce is always fresh, bought locally from producers across Yorkshire, chimes with the seasons and in tune with our residents likes and dislikes. Complaints are few on the ground at our Leeds care home!
Mealtimes are much anticipated and happy, sociable occasions. An aperitif on the sun terrace beforehand and a glass of wine with the meal make it more of a special occasion. A delicious array of cakes and pastries are baked daily, so there is no excuse for not enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon tea. Private dining is available should residents wish to celebrate a special occasion with loved ones, and residents are free to take meals in the peace of their own room should they choose. Guests are welcome at any time. Check to see if parrots are on the menu first!

Grove Park is open for visits 24 hours a day. Our Reception is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
