Everything’s Good at Hinckley House
We are excited to announce that after a recent and unannounced inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Hinckley House Care Home has been rated as ‘Good In All Categories’!
Some of the wonderful comments highlighted from residents, relatives and staff in our CQC report include: “People felt safe living at Hinckley House Care Home and with the staff team who supported them.”; “The staff are always nice.”; ”I’m very happy with the care. There isn’t a member of staff that I’d say, ‘I hope she’s not on duty’ when I arrive. They are all very good”; “The food is varied, and the cook is very good. The food is very nice” and “It’s much better here than the last home I worked in.”
Home Manager Paul Botham was delighted with the result: “I am thrilled with my team’s fantastic work; they always go above and beyond for our residents, and this is such a great achievement! Here at Hinckley House, we provide our residents with the highest quality care and services, to maintain their independence.
