Droitwich Mews Head Chef reaches NACC Regional Final
Droitwich Mews are delighted to announce that their Head Chef, Tomasz Milewski, will be competing in the regional finals of the National Association of Care Catering (NACC) Staff of the Year Awards on 14th July. The prestigious awards recognise and celebrate teams and individuals from across the care catering sector that goes above and beyond.
The competition challenges chefs to create innovative and exciting recipes whilst adhering to a budget and meeting the nutritional needs of their clientele. Keen to get staff involved in the competition, Simon Lawrence and Gareth Cartledge, Avery’s Head of Culinary and Hospitality and Regional Culinary and Hospitality Manager, have encouraged chefs to showcase their talents and get involved. The Midlands regional cook-off will see Tomasz come up against fellow Avery chefs as Crispin Court’s Stuart Dale and Knowle Gate’s Sam James will also be taking part in the finals.
