Derby Heights at the double!

We are delighted to announce that, in collaboration with the Continuous Advancement Programme (CAP) Awards, Derby Heights Care Home in Littleover, Derby has received a Double Gold Award, for both Catering and Housekeeping for a second consecutive year!

Derby Heights retain double CAP Award

Simon Lawrence, Group Culinary Manager at Avery Healthcare who operate Derby Heights, has supported the team at the home to retain their Double Gold: “Home Manager Lance Bosmans and his dedicated and hardworking team have again excelled by achieving this accreditation for their fantastic resident services. To retain this status has meant continuous team commitment, attention to detail and real dedication from all. It’s worth noting that only a handful of care homes and hotels ever achieve this accolade.”

Lance Bosmans said: “The staff at Derby Heights are going from strength to strength. Our second unannounced inspection by the CAP team resulted in this Double Gold Award with improved scores on the previous year. This shows that the staff always go the extra mile to deliver a first-class service to our residents.”

“This success shows how dedicated all of our staff are in delivering the highest standards of care to all of our residents. Congratulations to the whole team at Derby Heights!”
