Dementia Care
Most of our homes have a specialised service for people living with dementia. We call them our ReConnect Communities. Nursing Care
This service is for older people (65 and above) with more complex healthcare needs which cannot be provided at home and requires the supervision of fully qualified nurses, such as frequent complex medication regimes and complex wound care. Read more about nursing care.
Dementia Nursing Care

Respite & Convalescence Care
Respite care is a service for people who wish to stay with us on a short term basis. This can be for people who need a little extra support whilst recovering from an illness or operation and can be for one week or a few months. Read more about respite care.
