The reviews are a testament to the satisfaction of the homes residents, relatives and friends who visit the home frequently.

Home Manager, Tracey Evans, was full of joy to receive the highest score available to them and quoting, “I am very proud of the whole team at Hempstalls Hall for their hard work and dedication to the home. The support they provide to residents and their families is second to none!”

One 5-star review reads, “Having some reservations about care homes, I can honestly say that Hempstalls Hall Care Home is one of the most wonderful, clean, warm, and very inviting all the staff are very attentive to the residents and treat them all as individuals and nothing is too much trouble, if it wasn’t for the fact that it was a care home I would put it on par to a 4 star hotel, both my parents are staying at Hempstalls and absolutely love it.

The meals are fantastic and my Dad always has seconds. The home lay on entertainment weekly and also take the residents out in the minibus on outings which goes down very well.

The staff are very caring and always have an ear for a natter.
