LEARN WHILST YOU EARN APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We offer an apprenticeship qualification at no cost to staff for any age group or role for those keen to further their career with practical skills and knowledge including:

• Carer
• Sous chef
• Administration
• Well-being
• Maintenance

For each apprenticeship (which is relevant to a person’s job role), the learner is assigned an experienced tutor who supports and visits staff in the workplace and provides them with the skills to work through the qualification.

This opportunity is available to all Avery staff upon commencement of employment.

Thank you for your interest in working with Avery Healthcare.  We receive a vast number of enquiries from recruitment agencies and we cannot possibly keep in touch with all of you, although we do appreciate the interest you have in working with us.

We are fortunate in that we are approached directly by many candidates, so it is rare for us to work with recruitment agencies, but when we do, we refer to our Preferred Supplier List (PSL).  This list is reviewed periodically, however at this time we are happy with the agencies that we are currently partnered with, so we do not have any plans to review our PSL at this time.

Most importantly – please do not contact any Avery Healthcare colleagues directly. All recruitment queries and communication should be facilitated through our Recruitment Team via careers@averyhealthcare.co.uk, however please be aware that your communication may not be responded to promptly, due to the sheer volume of enquiries we receive on a daily basis.  Additionally we are unable to take cold calls from agencies who are not on our PSL.
