Our approach is holistic; that is, we care for mind and body, keeping brains and bones active, and our energetic Activity Co-ordinators enjoy devising a fun programme that will have something for everyone. Our residents also enjoy clambering aboard the minibus, getting out and about across Kent and finding new places to visit.

We also fundraise for local Sittingbourne charities. Like every young person today, we are up to speed with screens and make use of iPads and the internet both as resources and as a means of fostering good communications. Our Facebook page keep family and friends in the loop and encourage them to come along and join in with whatever is going on. The more the merrier!
We realise that mealtimes are focal points of the day and much anticipated, but also that palates change and appetites wane as people get older or are recovering from illness. So our chef makes sure that all food is of the best quality, fresh, and locally sourced across Kent if possible – at the same time as making it look as tempting as possible! There’s a choice at every mealtime and any special dietary needs are catered for.
If someone fancies that special something and it isn’t on the menu that day, we’ll do our best to rustle it up for them. Delicious home baked cakes and fresh pastries are available throughout the day, along with fresh fruit, juices and drinks. And if a relative or friend would like to share a meal and a glass of wine with us, they are very welcome to do so.
